• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit or a cancellation fee.

Customer Responsibilities

• Remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for items left inside vehicles.
• Notify us of any special conditions, prior damage, or areas of concern before service begins.

Service Limitations

• Weather or environmental conditions may impact our ability to complete services. In such cases, we may reschedule at no additional cost to you.
• While we strive for excellence, results may vary depending on the condition of your vehicle.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues that cannot be corrected through detailing services.

Liability Disclaimer
